VetBilling
VetBilling is a third-party company that lets you make monthly payments that are debited automatically from your checking or savings account, or a credit or debit card (processing fees do apply). The application process is simple and can be completed when you are here for your visit.
Application Process and Requirements
To take advantage of a plan with VetBilling, the following is required at time of application:
- 50% down payment at the time of your visit
- Presentation of required financial documentation (checking or savings account numbers, valid debit or credit card with expiration date and CVV code)
- Personal identification (valid driver’s license or ID card)
- $25 one-time application fee
Other associated fees:
- Convenience fee with each payment: $3
- Insufficient funds: $39
- Late payment fee (per 10 days): $10

Care Credit
Care Credit is similar to a credit card, but it is primarily used for paying for medical expenses not covered by insurance. Care Credit is accepted at many clinics and offices. You can apply for Care Credit at home or at the time of your appointment if needed.
To apply, you will need the following information on hand:
- A valid ID card or license
- Current address
- Date of birth
- Social Security number
- Net income
- Housing information
